Major difference between Connolly and the throat-slitting guy is that Connolly should not even have been arrested. Possibly not throat boy either, being a free speech absolutist, but definitely not Connolly.
It's late and I am thoroughly alight. I don't remember if it was on Nick stream or another but please listen to me. I was a police officer for three decades and I was good at what I did. If you are arrested or detained, say nothing. Don't converse with the cops in the car or elsewhere. They will write that conversation up. The only person you speak to is a solicitor you are paying. Criminals and underclass know this. Middle class educated people have no idea.
In England & Wales bail is as of right - unless the prosecution can establish good reason for refusing (interfering with witnesses, committing further offences, will abscond etc) - for Starmer to state “will be held on remand” is an utter disgrace as well as being contrary to law
Brilliant stream. Paul just articulates everything I feel about the Lucy Connelly and Ricky Jones stories so perfectly. Most commentators always seem to miss important points, but you two cover them all. Nick’s Trump impression was spot on, we definitely need more of it!
Quote of the week: "That's what our morning show would be called, isn't it? Dixon Cox's Morning Glory."
Honourable Mentions: "How do they do World War II live chats? They say the 'obscure moustache man.' He was [of] obscure Austrian German heritage. 'The obscure Austrian moustache painter'"
"Axel and his friend go to play in the play park with some small girls. They play on the seesaw and the roundabout. The girls are six years old. Axel and his friend are 37. They don't know what's wrong with this. "
Great as always. Although while I also haven't heard slit their throats used as a turn of phrase, I haven't heard knob in a flannel as a turn of phrase before either, so what do I know!
Please chit chat for ages, just for the haters.
Podcast begins at 54 mins 6 seconds.
😂
Haha, the banter is always good.

Glad to see Paul is on, more high energy banter is what is needed.
Let’s ‘ave it! (Hopefully I can be there from the start, chaps!)

Great stream, liked the inspection of the two tier accusation re Ricky Jones/Lucy, I can feel where the ground is now.
Please upload this as an audio podcast for paying Substack subscribers. Thanks.
Tomorrow.

"Dixon Cox have done it soooo many times."
*smirks*
Late again. It's all part of the anarcho tyranny 😭
Sorry I didn't watch this live!
So many interesting points.
I drive up and down the A3 a lot too and enjoy seeing all the flags on the bridges now.
Brilliant impersonations, Trump still my favourite I think.

The fact wor Ricky ends the speech “god bless” is just the icing on the cake.
All hail Dixon Cox - the "Nob Heavy" Edition!
