Hey, just a reminder to check out my interview with Dave Rubin from the ARC Conference.
We decided to do it on the main concourse, with everyone walking by. Which was a bit mental but worked out really well. And you can also check out all the famous people in the background.
Dave was on good form, talking about the future of the West, why the anti-woke side struggle to form alliances, his time in the ‘Intellectual Dark Web’, and why he prefers DeSantis to Trump (I’m still team Trump, obvs).
ARC was interesting. Some felt it was too religious, or a bit cringe at times. Some said too American. And that the vision wasn’t totally clear. Still, it was a very impressive stab at starting a new movement. Especially managing to get so many big names together in one place (Peterson, both Weinsteins, Farage, James Lindsay, Sir Paul Marshall etc etc).
Maybe I won’t say too much about the event, as I have been known to get in trouble before. Not everyone understands my writing is art.
Not that there’s too much gossip. Apart from the Rubin interview, I mainly hung out with Canadians and ate a burger.
Anyway, you can watch the full interview here:
Or listen here.
Speaking of big names, I can’t believe how many amazing guests I’ve had on The Current Thing. Dave Rubin, Carl Benjamin, Andrew Doyle, Lord Frost, Andrew Bridgen, Richard Tice etc. You should really go back and listen to them all.
The Weekly Sceptic has now hit a million downloads, so let’s get The Current Thing to the same level.
By the way, ARC ended with a massive close-up of Jordan Peterson’s face, on a massive screen, tears forming in his eyes. Could it have been any other way?
May all your Petersons by teary, and most importantly, please subscribe to my Substack, or donate at https://www.buymeacoffee.com/nickdixon.
Yours archetypally,
Nick
