Why Can't Keir Starmer Say 'Christian'?
Happy Easter everyone. I have made a video on why a simple Easter message is apparently so difficult for our leaders get right.
King Charles, Keir Starmer, and even Nigel Farage struggled with this simple concept.
I look at their various failures below, and what it says about where we are as a country.

Kemi's was the best of a bunch that otherwise ranged from awful to merely a bit crap. I did notice straight away though her mention of "second chances" which seemed a bit obvious for a woman who spends all her time trying to get us all to forget about the havoc her party wreaked on the country for 14 years.
Much of the problem rests on two things. First, that - so far as I know - none of the people writing and/or delivering these messages are Christians. That matters, for obvious reasons. Secondly, the Christian literacy amongst them is pretty dreadful. Although that seems to affect even the clergy of the CofE these days. Which is why you get all the vague waffle about 'niceness' rather than anything remotely related to actual scripture.
On a lighter note, I love the thumbnail of Nick doing some deep pondering. It reminds me of that series of memes of Kim Jong Un looking at stuff. I hope the Nick pondering meme becomes a thing.
Your adenoidal impression of two-tier sounds more like him than he does!
