The Guardian Wants to Ban Saying 'Thank You'
I’ve just released a new video about a Guardian article that says we should stop saying ‘thank you’.
On one level it’s rage-bait Guardian rubbish, but it does touch on several larger themes, such as the strange ingratitude of many immigrants, and the attempt to turn our country into the one they just left.
It’s also about the progressive urge to destroy things they don’t understand or appreciate, rather than ask why the tradition exists. And of course it’s yet another assualt on our unique high-trust society.

Very well said indeed, as usual. Thank you!
I think what Steven Barrett would call ‘Loveliness’ is what is needed as ballast against the arrogance of those who wish to dissolve us and the way we live here. More pleases, more thanks, more holding open of doors, more countryside, more beloved dogs, more church and more sense.
These people are vile savages.
